DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel collection and drainage systems arise from the need to dispose of washing liquids and processing liquids as quickly as possible. Channel drains made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel (316 on request).

For this reason, stainless steel channels find their ideal location in environments where hygiene is of primary importance, in fact the particular shape of the bottom of the channel, the internal slope of 5 mm per meter and the particularly "smooth" material avoid the sediment of solid materials and favor the outflow of drained liquids.

Each line is tailor-made according to the customer's needs by agreeing on the length, the shape of the line and placing one or more drains in the best positions.
We will therefore provide you with a simple and intuitive drawing with all the dimensions necessary for installation

Each individual module is equipped with adjusting screws and leveling feet in order to position the channels in the best possible way during installation operations.
The junction between the modules is carried out by means of flanges with relative gaskets and stainless steel bolts that guarantee the perfect watertightness of the channel.
The installation kit, present in each supply, includes detailed and numbered diagrams for the correct assembly sequence, installation and storage advice.
