DESCRIPTION
The BUTYL SEALING TAPE is a self-adhesive sealing tape that is coated with a polypropylene-based fleece. Flexible butyl rubber of the best quality was used in the sealing tape, which is very well compatible with commercially available building materials in terms of adhesive properties. Butyl rubber is covered with silicone paper split in the middle and overlapping. The sealing tape is laminated with polypropylene fleece on the top for optimal grip with the tile adhesive C2-S1.
USES
The BUTYL SEALING TAPE is intended for sealing various connections in the interior and exterior of buildings together with various waterproofing coatings or mortars. The product is suitable for waterproofing swimming pools, bathtubs and shower trays in bathrooms. The BUTYL SEALING TAPE is intended for the sealing of all connection joints between wall and floor, connections and terminations on vertical surfaces or on horizontal surfaces in the wall and floor area under tiles. The product does not represent a final revision of a waterproofing
The watertight BUTYL SEALING TAPE is intended to be installed as a waterproofing joint membrane under ceramic tiles and natural stones:
- in private and public shower rooms
- in bathrooms
- in laundry rooms
- in toilets
- on heated floor
- for wall and floor applications
- in interior areas
- outdoors (balconies, terraces, courtyards).
